FAQ's
Where do I set my account password?
We don’t use passwords. Instead, we use secure email magic links, so there’s nothing to create or remember.
To sign in, simply enter your email address and we’ll send you a one-time login link. Clicking that link logs you in instantly.
Once logged in, you’ll usually stay logged in for a long time (up to around 6 months), so you won’t need to log in every visit. You may be asked to log in again if you change devices, browsers, or clear your browser data.
What if I’m not receiving login emails?
If you’re not seeing your login email, it’s usually due to inbox filtering rather than a problem with your account. Some email providers can delay or block automated emails. Please try the following:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder
- Check the Promotions or Updates tab (especially if you use Gmail)
- Add our email address to your contacts or safe sender list
- Search your inbox for our site name or “Secure sign in link for Natasha Foote Creative”
If you’ve tried the steps above and still can’t find the email, please get in touch via the contact form and we’ll help you access your account manually.
Do you offer an annual membership?
You can absolutely pay annually! Upon subscribing, slide the radio button below your email from monthly to annual.
Will an annual membership be cheaper?
Absolutely it will! For the annual membership, an 11% discount is offered compared to purchasing the monthly membership. Of course, you can cancel at any time too!
Can I switch from annual to monthly?
If you’re on an annual membership and decide to switch to monthly, you’ll need to cancel your annual plan first. You’ll continue to have full access until the end of your paid annual period, and you can start a monthly subscription once that period ends.
What if I don't want to become a paid member?
You can sign up for our free membership to receive newsletters, access non-exclusive card making content, and enjoy occasional bonus videos and resources just for free members. You can upgrade to a paid membership at any time if you’d like full access.
Do you store my credit card details?
No. All purchases on our website are handled by Stripe payments. Stripe uses best-in-class security practices to maintain a high level of security. Natasha Foote Creative and Stripe are both compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
What currency will I be billed in?
Prices are listed in USD. Your bank will convert the charge to your local currency if needed, and any conversion fees are set by your bank.
How do I update my payment details?
If you need to update your payment details—such as a new or expired credit card, or if you want to swap the card used for payment—please email us at hello@help.natashafootecreative.com with your request.
We’ll then trigger a secure email from Stripe, our payment processor, which contains a link to update your details. Stripe handles the update, so your payment information is never shared with us directly.
What happens if I cancel my monthly subscription?
If you cancel your monthly subscription, you have until the end of the paid period to still access paid content. You can of course re-subscribe at any time.
What happens if I cancel my annual subscription?
If you cancel your annual subscription, you’ll still have full access until the end of your paid period. Cancelling just stops the next renewal — you won’t lose access straight away.
What if I change my mind?
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, refunds are not available once access has been granted.
Why do I have to sign into Google to view PDFs?
We use Google Drive to deliver some PDF content. To view the content on screen you must be signed into a Google account in your browser, or sign in when prompted as the content tries to load. As another option, the content is available for download directly underneath the PDF viewer.
