Where do I set my account password?

We authenticate members using email "magic links" instead of passwords so you don't have to create or memorise anything. To sign in simply enter your email address. The email address is then verified and you will be sent a login link that can be used one time only. You are now logged in until you close your browser window.

How often will new content be added?

The answer is often! The A-Z of Card Making alphabet will be completed before the end of 2024, so this means 26 new videos! Additionally, new classes and resources will be added throughout the year. Bring it on!

What if I don't want to sign up to an annual membership

You can absolutely pay monthly! Upon subscribing, slide the radio button below your email from annual to monthly. If you decide after this that annual is the best option, you can change at any time.
You can also purchase the card making classes individually (without getting a monthly or annual membership) if you wish too!

Will an annual membership be cheaper?

Absolutely it will! For the annual membership, an 11% discount is offered compared to purchasing the monthly membership. Of course, you can cancel at anytime too!

Do you store my credit card details?

No. All purchases on our website are handled by Stripe payments. Stripe uses best-in-class security practices to maintain a high level of security. Natasha Foote Creative and Stripe are both compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

What if I don't want to become a paid member?

You can sign up to our free membership option, which will give you access to newsletters and non-exclusive card making content. As an additional option, you can purchase from the NFC store (the card making classes) which gives lifetime access to content.

Why do I have to sign into Google to view PDF's?

We use Google drive to deliver some PDF content. To view the content on screen you must be signed into a google account in your browser, or sign in when prompted as the content tries to load. As another option, the content is available for download directly underneath the PDF viewer.

What happens if I cancel my monthly subscription?

If you cancel your monthly subscription, you have until the end of the paid period to still access paid content. You can of course re-subscribe at any time, or just purchase the card making classes individually when it's convenient for you. Once you purchase the classes, these are yours forever!

What happens if I cancel my annual subscription?

If you cancel your annual subscription, you have until the end of the paid period to still access paid content. You can also change to a monthly subscription, and still cancel that at any time.

What currency will I be billed in?

Prices are in USD, and the amount that is charged to your card will be in the same currency that your card is denominated in.

What if I change my mind?

Once you have access to the content, no refunds will be given.

How do I update my payment details?

If you need to update your payment details e.g. New credit card, expired credit card or you wish to swap the card used for payment, please email hello@help.natashafootecreative.com with a request to change your card details. We will then initiate an email to you from Stripe, our payment processor which contains a link for you to update your details.
